Wait a minute..."cheap, crappy Target"?? What?? I love that place! But I think I can look past your opinions. Even enough to admit that they do have a stoopid return policy. And yes, Whitty has achieved Super Cute Swimsuit status as well as Super Cute Ponytail status. Congrats!!
tell lindsey i said she had already achieved super cute swimsuit status when i bought her the swimsuit with the rash gaurd tshirt a couple years ago
