getting ready for bed
Stuart is getting to that super duper fun stage when it takes him an hour to fall asleep at nap time and then he sleeps for 3 hours, wakes up horrifyingly whiny and clingy, and doesn't want to go to bed till 9:00pm. No part of that works for me. So, we've been forgoing nap time all together. Sometimes he makes it till bedtime, sometimes he doesn't:

your girl child is a girl after my own heart. i think i look like that when i eat ice cream to lol. she's going to be jealous of her brothers tans her entire life, he's getting brown. what is it you have her eating by the way? what other 3 year old besides eliza would chill out watching tv eating a salad???

Love the cute true to life pics... you often say what I'm thinking but never voice. Like dessert after baths...and it's been 7 years for me!
that was my first thought...did she bathe them BEFORE the bath?! At least your kids get dessert, sometimes I forget before the bath and then just don't let them have any.
