Ah, the bounce house. If only we'd discovered its powers of diversion and harmony sooner. Whitney and Eli spent Friday morning running toward each other from opposite corners, slamming into a bear hug and then collapsing together, squealing and laughing.
It's not very clear or particularly original, but I LOVE this picture--man, squishy face is cute when it's your own kid!
The daily dip in the pool. The water got all the way up to 78 degrees by Thursday. Whitty and Stuey both LOVED the pool--as long as they were both hugging my side, as pictured above.
I thought this was particularly cute. They were all "reading" the story to each other simultaneously. I know, I should have taken video instead, but I've learned not to think before snapping or they'll all run away or turn their heads.
Thanks Lindsey and Karen for letting us crash the party! We loved it!

Becky, thanks for inviting me to your BLOG!! No, I haven't started one yet, even though my fam is constantly pressuring me to do so. Cute family and cute kids. I swear our daughters could be twins. Red hair, pale skin and stinkin' cute. So did you hear Christine is finally pregnant with her first, but it's a package deal. TWINS!! Check out her blog. www.daveandchristinegilbert.blogspot.com She's not yet 20 weeks, but is definitely preggo with two. I'm excited to get a peek into the life of BECKY PORTER. I will be stalking your blog regularly.

i also love that sarah posted christines blog address, i was completley entertained by pictures of her not so pregnant belly even if i wasn't invited to look at them :)
